The rules governing your use of SDS Manager.

Welcome to SDS Manager. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

1. Accounts & Registration

  • You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
  • Unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.

2. Subscriptions & Usage Limits

Starter Plan: Includes a pool of 25 SDS slots per location, which can be shared across registered locations.

Billing: Fees are billed in advance via Stripe on a recurring basis.

Cancellation: You can cancel any time via Dashboard settings. Access remains until the end of the period.

3. Content & Documents

You retain all rights to your uploaded SDS. However, we are not responsible for the accuracy or regulatory compliance of any document uploaded by you.

4. Prohibited Uses

  • Violating national or international laws (e.g., COSHH, REACH).
  • Uploading malicious code or viruses.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance.
